Offer description

Overview

Are you an organised and proactive communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting teams to stay connected and informed?

We're looking for an Internal Communications Assistant to join our small, collaborative Internal Communications team at BPAS. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key supporting role in helping us engage and inform colleagues across our 1,000‑strong workforce from clinic teams to home‑based staff.

At BPAS, we believe that great internal communication is the foundation of a well‑connected, motivated and supported organisation. You will support how our people hear about what matters from key organisational updates to local announcements by helping coordinate content across a range of internal channels.

This is a varied and fast‑paced role where strong organisation and attention to detail are essential. You will support the day‑to‑day running of the Internal Communications function from managing inbox queries and maintaining communication schedules, to assisting with events and coordinating content across our intranet and staff app. You’ll also play a key role in supporting internal initiatives and helping ensure our communications run smoothly and efficiently.

Working Arrangements

This role is a hybrid role for 21 hours per week over Tuesday to Friday. You will travel to our Head Office in Leamington Spa typically once a week. Occasional travel to London and other BPAS units may be required for events and training.

* Provide diary management and meeting coordination support for the Internal Communications team

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and proactive, who understands the importance of clear communication and enjoys supporting a busy team to deliver high‑quality work.

You’ll have strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You’ll be confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and have a keen eye for detail when preparing and reviewing content.
