We are looking for caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our amazing 3-bed home. You will provide hands-on care, guidance, and support for children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities
* Support the daily routines and emotional needs of young people.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
* Record observations, care plans, and daily updates accurately.
* Participate in the sleep-in and on-call rota as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience working with children or young people (residential, education, SEN, or similar).
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred (or willingness to work towards).
* Understanding of therapeutic practice.
