Job Purpose:

The role of Marketing & Communications Coordinator is to support the planning, coordination, and administration of key marketing initiatives and internal messaging. You will report into the Director of Marketing and work collaboratively with the Marketing Operations Manager, Head of Brand & Communications, Customer Marketing Manager, and wider teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of marketing activity across the business.

The Proactis Marketing team drives growth through ever increasing brand equity, PR and analyst coverage, as well as joint collaboration with our strategic partners, third party agencies and internal cross-functional teams. Supporting internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success and Product, to drive growth and increased awareness of Proactis, while increasingly making Proactis synonymous as the market-leading, Indirect Spend Management provider for services-led organisations.

This is a key operational role in supporting marketing programs and initiatives, internal communications, and execution excellence— strengthening both internal alignment and the efficiency of our marketing delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and coordinating cross-team marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate timelines, assets and stakeholders for campaigns.
* Maintain and share marketing calendars and status trackers.
* Support campaign logistics and materials preparation.
* Help gather assets and approvals for launches and internal updates.
* Write and edit internal marketing material.
* Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
* Assist with internal communications to employees.
* Help organise events, webinars, trade shows or promotional activities.
* Compile analytics reports from marketing campaigns.


Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

* Strong planning and collaboration skills – ability to create and execute plans efficiency and effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong copywriting and editing ability.
* Ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
* Ability to work closely with other business functions and third party agencies.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong planning and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
