As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we seek someone with a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. The ability to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
