Marketing Coordinator (fixed term 12-18 months)
Working collaboratively with the marketing and sales team, you will have responsibility for creating innovative campaigns, content and collateral that delivers high quality sales leads for the business
. You will also provide support in the day-to-day requirements of the sales team and the wider business as required.
This role is based at Head Office in Ossemsley, New Milton with our sales offices and marketing suites in and around the Hampshire and Dorset areas.
In addition to our Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity and Communication, you will need to demonstrate:
* Achieved or working towards CMI or other recognised marketing qualification
* Experience of working in the new homes sector
* Experience of creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns
* Use of social media platforms and understand how they should be used
* Relationship building both internal and external
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Superior written and verbal communication
* Experience in B2C sales environment (desirable)
