BWS Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing and highly regarded property team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern, forward-thinking firm at an exciting stage of its development.Our commercial property department undertakes high-quality, varied and often complex work for a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals. The team currently comprises three solicitors and three experienced assistants/paralegals, offering strong support and a genuinely collaborative working environment.*The Role*You will play a key role within the commercial property team, managing your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on larger and more complex matters. The work will include:* Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and secured lending* Advising clients on commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), lease renewals and variations* Supporting development and investment transactions from instruction through to completion* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department* Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate*The Department*Our commercial property team is known for delivering practical, commercial advice and a high level of client service.
