What you'll do
14. To gain a hands on learning experience by carrying out operational roles within the Housekeeping department
15. To implement, monitor and improve service and performance standards and systems to provide a seamless guest experience and maximise business potential
16. To gain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the Housekeeping operational areas by carrying out the duties of the respective roles
17. Exceed our guests' expectations by providing discreet and personalised service
18. Taking on projects and extra responsibilities in line with the Graduate programme
What you'll bring
19. Educated to Hotel diploma or equivalent level
20. Previous 5 star hotel experience would be an advantage
21. Opera systems experience
22. IT Literate
23. Passionate about service
24. Driven to deliver results
25. Excellent level of English language
26. A Second language would be an advantage
27. Great presentation
28. Able to handle challenging situations
