You will be someone who has worked to a 2-4AA Rosette standard in a fine dining hotel restaurant and understands what is required for this type of service. You will have the highest of standards and instil this in your team. You will be a Restaurant Manager who can train and develop a team. As Restaurant Manager you will have excellent knowledge of food and drink, including wine and whisky. You will laise with the kitchen and other parts of the hotel to ensure a flawless experience. This role is in a remote part of the Scottish Highlands and so you must be someone who will enjoy this way of life. We seek a Restaurant Manager who will be in the role for a few years and who can grow with the company, therefore this will be a lifestyle choice as well as a career. I cannot stress that enough.
