Locations: North London and Surroundings; Leeds / North East (approximately 1–1.5 hours from Leeds).
Compensation & Benefits
 * Base salary £45-55k; On‑target earnings (OTE) IRO £10-15k +.
 * Strong car allowance.
 * Uncapped OTE and additional bonus payments.
 * 5% contribution to pension.
Portfolio – Highly stable and well‑regarded implants, bone synthesis/regeneration solutions, oral scanners, specialist implant chair solutions, digital practice solutions, milling and hygiene solutions.
Role
The Dental Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a range of specialised dental products used in aesthetic and reconstructive treatments. Working closely with dental implantologists and their practices as well as developing new revenue from partnering with dentists that wish to move into implantology the role is a mixture of new business and account management targeted on both revenue and gross profit. The role involves:
Sales & Account Management
 * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across the territory.
 * Generate new business via outbound engagement, study clubs, and referrals.
 * Effectively manage your own diary to meet monthly sales and activity KPIs.
 * Accurately log all activity in the company CRM system.
Customer Training & Support
 * Provide chairside clinical support for new users of our implant systems.
 * Demonstrate and explain key product features and clinical protocols.
 * Troubleshoot technical and clinical concerns with dentists and dental labs.
Applicant
 * Applicants will come from dental implant sales, dental technology sales, or dental sundries sales. Key requirement is proven dental sales experience and contacts in the region.
 * A proven track record of sales success and a hunger to work for an ambitious, disruptive player.
 * Applicants will be highly motivated and dedicated to succeeding.
 * Smart, professional, and able to work under pressure; balance sales skills with the ability to train and educate.
