Job Title: Football Partnership & Activation Executive Reports To: Director of Licensing
The Football Partnership & Activation Executive will be instrumental in maximizing KONAMI’s football business across European territories. This role will focus on activating the marketing benefits of KONAMI’s eFootball partner club portfolio, ensuring the successful implementation of activation strategies and the seamless execution of activation plans. Key responsibilities include collaborating across the Acquisition and Activation (A&A) team, optimizing activation projects through data-driven insights, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with partner and activation managers to design and execute campaigns across KONAMI’s partner clubs, ensuring alignment with the global football strategy.
Generate and deliver detailed post-campaign reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed upon with partners.
Partner Content Management: Work with regional agencies to capture and manage content requirements from partner clubs.
T2 Club Management: Take ownership of assigned Tier 2 (T2) clubs, supporting their marketing and activation initiatives under the guidance of Partnership Managers.
Assist with the planning and execution of shoots and partner events, ensuring smooth operations during the activation process.
Project Management: Maintain the project management tool to track the progress of each activation and ensure accurate data entry related to activation projects.
Event Representation: Represent KONAMI’s eFootball at matches and events as required, ensuring a professional image and effective relationship-building with stakeholders.
Ticketing & Merch Management: Oversee ticketing and merchandise stock for KDE-E, ensuring proper allocation and management.
A general understanding or interest in the football industry and sports marketing.
Experience in Planning & Marketing: Basic experience in planning, production, and marketing. Knowledge of social media and content production is a plus.
Activation Planning: Ability to define, build, and present detailed and attractive activation plans that align with business goals.
Experience with sports agencies, football clubs, or federations is a plus.
Language Skills: English proficiency is required. Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese) is advantageous.
Travel Availability: Must be willing and able to travel globally when required.
