SURE Solutions is a leading specialist provider of onboard CCTV and safety technology to the UK bus industry. We manage over 11,000 CCTV systems across nationwide bus networks and deliver approximately 1,500 new system installations annually. We are looking for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our Sales team, drive profitable revenue growth, and ensure excellent retention across a major national contract.
The Role
Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will take ownership of key national accounts. This is a hybrid role based at our office in Nottinghamshire, and the balance between office, home and travel will vary depending on the demands of the account. This role would suit a highly organised, commercially minded individual. While a background in public transport or vehicle technology is a distinct advantage, we are equally interested in candidates with excellent relationship-management fundamentals who are eager to step up, learn our technology, and take ownership of a major national contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with key client stakeholders, buyers, and operational contacts.
* Commercial Growth: Identify and secure opportunities to grow revenue through up‑selling and cross‑selling SURE Solutions services.
* Performance Tracking: Manage contract performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, holding regular client review meetings and providing clear reporting.
* Negotiation: Manage trading agreements, pricing reviews, and commercial terms to protect profitability.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and Sales Support to deliver on client requirements, including installation plans and compliance.
* Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve client escalations swiftly and professionally.
* Administration & Safety: Maintain accurate client data within our CRM and promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
About You
* Proven track record of managing key or national client accounts.
* Experience within public transport, on-bus technology, or related sectors.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently to drive results.
* A full, clean UK driving licence and a willingness to travel nationally.
* Working knowledge of CCTV systems.
