This role focuses on the design, analysis, and validation of end‑to‑end RF hardware systems, rather than individual RF components in isolation. You will work closely with antenna, RF design, digital, and firmware teams to ensure overall system performance meets requirements.
The work will involve:
Defining RF system architectures and performance
Performing end‑to‑end RF chain analysis
Translating system‑level requirements into component‑level specifications
Supporting component selection
Leading system bring‑up, validation, and debugging
Defining production‑level RF test strategies and performance metrics
Supporting regulatory and compliance testing of RF and microwave systems
RF Systems Design Engineer essential requirements
7+ years’ experience in RF design (10 GHz+ systems)
Strong experience performing RF system‑level analysis (link budgets, noise, linearity, sensitivity)
Knowledge of LO and frequency synthesis
Hands‑on experience with system bring‑up and RF troubleshooting
Eligible for security clearance
