The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead on major schemes - including warehouse new builds, CAT A & B office fit-outs and large-scale refurbishments. You'll manage projects from feasibility through to final account, while mentoring junior staff and building strong, lasting client relationships.
This is a consultancy with national backing but a local feel - and they invest heavily in their people. Clear routes to Associate, high staff retention, and a leadership team that genuinely backs its QSs.

MRICS is a must
Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Solid Pre and Post Contract Experience
Commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills
