The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance, while improving HR operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
* Require strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and project management skills.
* Experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with knowledge of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
* Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
