Senior Intelligence & Insight Analyst

We are seeking two passionate Senior Intelligence & Insight Analysts to join our client’s dynamic Audit & Compliance Hub and deliver critical audit responsibilities for our client's organization, ensuring they work effectively in the interest of consumers.
Start: ASAP
Pay: £21.37 per hour (PAYE) or £300‑£320 per day (Inside IR35)
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 36 hours per week
Duration: 31/03/2026 with possible extension
Working pattern: Hybrid, with one day required in the London‑Canary Wharf office
The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS clearance.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and deliver statistical and targeted audit selections using intelligence analysis.
* Develop and integrate intelligence analysis into audit programmes and compliance strategies.
* Coordinate with various teams across audit, compliance, and counter‑fraud investigations.
* Establish an intelligence analysis capability within Audit and Compliance.
* Plan resources and tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality results.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across audit activities.
* Report on scheme audit activity and provide insightful analysis for effective decision‑making.
To Thrive in This Role, You Should Possess
* Proven expertise in intelligence analysis, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
* Excellent communication and literacy skills, including experience in creating briefings and reports.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in analytical software such as i2 Analyst’s Notebook and Power BI, along with advanced Excel skills.
* Talent for managing stakeholders at various levels, including technical experts.
Essential Skills
* Intelligence analysis expertise (quantitative & qualitative).
* Excellent risk‑based decision‑making abilities.
* Strong communication, influencing, and briefing/reporting skills.
* Organised with prioritisation ability.
* Advanced proficiency in analytical software (i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Power BI, Excel).
* Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels, including technical experts.
