What you'll be doing From supporting the Warehouse and Driving teams to ensuring compliance and high service standards, youll be at the heart of it all.Youll also help recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues, setting them up for success so they can create great customer experiences.
Overseeing daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC).
Ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships.
Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver their best work.
Managing compliance for vehicles, trailers, and driver regulations.
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
