MWH Treatment would like to strengthen their Business support team with Office Administrator on a temporary basis, based in our Hattersley office. You’d play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and help the Executive Assistant (EA) with a variety of admin tasks. Key responsibilities will include. Mail : Sorting, scanning, filing and franking mail, including postal runs to the local post office. General Office: Oversee day-to-day tasks including coffee machine upkeep. Creating office passes for new starters. Maintaining and ordering office supplies, including groceries and stationery. Answering telephone professionally and courteously. Courier: Arrange company-wide courier services using Inxpress software. Assistance: Help the EA with tasks such as expenses and time sheets for the senior leadership team. Archiving : Managing and processing company archives. Meetings: Coordinate meeting room bookings and order lunches for meetings and events as required. Book external meeting rooms when required. Additional Tasks : Performing other ad hoc duties as required such as running office events/charity days. Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-presented. Operating internal systems and software (training provided).
