We are recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. The role involves providing advice and support to guide participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor individuals, and serve as the primary trusted contact to build strong relationships, motivate, challenge and help participants obtain sustainable employment.
Key responsibilities
* Provide advice and support to participants seeking employment.
* Manage a caseload of participants and oversee their journey to employment.
* Coach, mentor and act as the principle trusted contact for participants.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships and motivate participants to achieve job goals.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Target‑driven with a motivational approach.
* High level of initiative and ability to seek solutions to problems.
* Ability to work under pressure without day‑to‑day supervision.

* Salary: £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: Office‑based role, working in Salisbury.
Hours: 37 hours a week – Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
