Position: Print Planning and Office Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5.30pm, 1 hr lunch - Office Based

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily management of sales orders, planning, and print production to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor performance and provide support to production staff, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with company regulations.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
* Provide daily/weekly financial and productivity reports to the Business Manager.
* Manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines efficiently.
* Determine material, equipment, and labour requirements, ensuring optimal resource use.
* Order consumables and maintain strict stock control.
* Resolve production issues swiftly to minimise disruptions.
* Oversee quality control, ensuring product standards are consistently met.
* Liaise with Account Managers & Sales Teams to advise on order status and product delivery.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; experience in Print or Packaging is beneficial but not essential (full training provided).
* A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
