Our client, a reputable independent garage in Malvern, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with ongoing training and development prospects.
Benefits:
Basic salary between £32,000 and £35,000, with a realistic OTE of £40,000
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
Closed Saturdays and Sundays

Engagement in a variety of mechanical repairs and servicing tasksDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Conducting vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults accurately
Performing a range of repairs, from standard servicing to larger mechanical jobs
Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and quality expectations
Working efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanshipRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 vehicle technician qualification preferred; Level 2 considered with strong experience
MOT licence would be a significant advantage
Experience from a fast-fit centre, independent garage, or main dealer environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
