They are currently seeking experienced Extrusion Operators to join their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate blown film extrusion lines safely and efficiently
* Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to maintain product quality and minimise waste
* Conduct quality checks and complete production records accurately
* Perform start-ups, shut-downs, and product changeovers as required
* Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or processing issues
* Work as part of a team to meet production targets and ensure a clean, safe working area
* Proven experience working in an extrusion or similar plastic manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of production processes and machine operations
* Quality-focused with attention to detail
