A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
Proven experience in property, housing or facilities management industry.
A strong understanding of cost management and budgeting principles.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and contracts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Job Offer
Competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
