Main purpose:
The postholder will support the Director of Operations to support, motivate and develop staff to enable them to deliver a client led, trauma informed, safe and diverse new innovative service.
Role Specific:
* Management of the Outreach/ISAS service in Hertfordshire.
* Working in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies, ensuring that safety is kept central to multi-agency work and the response to domestic abuse.
* Assessing and monitoring the quality-of-service delivery so clients receive safe and appropriate client led support and that their voice is evident throughout.
* Ensuring the Outreach and ISAS service is delivered in line with the terms and conditions of the contract.
* Ensuring compliance with H&S / lone working.
* Oversee staffing establishments/on call support to ensure they are consistent with the needs of clients to enable us to deliver safe service.
* Providing guidance to frontline staff on a day-to-day basis, answering case queries and being on hand to provide support and advice as required.

Essential Experience and Knowledge:
* Experience of managing outreach and stalking services
* Experience of multi-agency working
* Experience of managing staff
* Knowledge of a variety of computer packages, including databases
* Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Qualifications
* IDVA or ISVA Qualification
OTHER ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Car driver with access to vehicle
* Subject to Enhanced DBS Check
* Ability to work outside the normal office hours working flexibly within the shift pattern allocated by the line manager
