Job Purpose (Including But Not Limited To)
1. Install broadband and TV services
2. Resolve broadband faults
3. Optimize speed in customers' premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
4. Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)
1. Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Qube guidelines, best practices, and client requirements
2. Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all are operating to their satisfaction
3. Work efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and excellent customer service
4. Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
5. Complete any required training timely to develop your professional skills
6. Comply with company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
7. Operate tools safely and ensure environmental regulations are followed
8. Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
