We are now seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the team at Southport.
What the role entails
* Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
* Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
* Assist with stock checking and order processing
* Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
* Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
* Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
What we are looking for
* Genuine parts interpreting experience
* Current manual drivers license
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
* Pentana background in inventory control preferred
* Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
* Previous supervisory experience and team leadership is preferred, however not essential
