Hybrid working provided once fully trained! Duties: Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation of queries. Liaising confidently and regularly with internal departments and clients ensuring everything is running smoothly whether that be in person or over online meetings Ensure all client information is recorded, updated, and stored securely as well as keeping their internal database up to date. Administering training and development initiatives that meet client and industry needs Organising and delivering training resources, while supporting trainers remotely throughout sessions Key Skills: Must be educated to minimum A-Levels with B/Cs or above in English & Maths Confidently handling and communicating with different people Strong multitasking and organisational skills as this is a hands-on position and will be quite varied!
