Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
Location: Ashford, Middlesex
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations
* Planning the timely delivery of equipment to the site.
* Collaborate with project managers to oversee costs, order materials for projects, and manage any late costs associated with these projects.
* Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
* Sending completion packs, commissioning certifications, and warranty information to clients
* Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable:
* Previous experience within office administration, operations or projects type role
* Experience in working with SAP or similar
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
* Attention to detail
* Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2
* Organised
* Genuine interest in Project Management
* Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
* Outgoing and customer driven nature
