🧩 Key Responsibilities
* Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
* Organize catering and logistics for critical on-site meetings
* Raise purchase orders and manage accruals
* Provide systems support and generate monthly reports/metrics
* Plan and execute site events and team-building activities
* Support onboarding and training administration for new hires
* Maintain distribution lists and internal communications
* Manage content on internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
* Act as the go-to person for operational and administrative inquiries
* Serve as the site expert for Microsoft Teams
* Lead and support ad hoc projects
🧠What You Bring
* 5–10 years of administrative experience, including support for global teams
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
* Experience coordinating complex travel and using expense management systems
* Excellent communication skills and professional presence
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with urgency
* High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
