We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Retail Projects Team.
Are you a creative, organized professional with experience in retail or campaign execution?
You will support mobile experience retail projects, delivering innovative retail solutions. Your role will involve managing projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Project Management
* Supporting the entire project lifecycle from briefing to execution, witnessing creative ideas come to life across retail channels.
* Leading and executing smaller projects as your understanding of the business grows.
* Thinking innovatively, identifying new opportunities, and upholding best practices and ETHIC values.
Stakeholder Management
* Managing relationships with external stakeholders (marketing agencies, venues, partners) and internal teams.
* Supporting business leaders with project case development, including ROI analysis.
* Leading suppliers in designing and delivering projects from concept to completion.
Process Compliance
* Managing multiple complex activities simultaneously.
* Ensuring all creative assets and artwork are processed with stakeholders and through portals.
* Preparing project documentation, reports, and handling administrative tasks.
* Monitoring project performance to assess ROI.
Relationship Building
* Building effective cross-departmental relationships to facilitate delivery.
* Providing project updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks.
* Engaging with external suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
