This is a brilliant opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE to join one of the country’s most respected firms.
You’ll become part of a nationally recognised team, working alongside APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel-accredited lawyers, with access to excellent training and progression routes.
Who we’re looking for
4. At least 1 year PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
5. Recent experience handling a caseload of clinical negligence matters
6. Strong commercial awareness in a legal environment
7. Confident in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
8. Excellent drafting, client care and time management skills
9. Flexible, proactive and committed to achieving great outcomes for clients
What you’ll be doing
10. Run your own caseload of clinical negligence cases
11. Support colleagues and junior team members, providing guidance and coaching where needed
12. Deliver proactive, commercial and client-focused case management
13. Record time effectively and contribute to meeting team financial and performance KPIs
14. Assist the Team Leader/Head of Department with wider team goals
15. Uphold the firm’s reputation for outstanding client care and results
