We’re looking for a hyper-organised, detail-driven, and tech-savvy Program Operations Manager to join our team and help us flawlessly deliver our innovative Independent Medical Education (IME) programs. We’re looking for a hyper-organised, detail-driven, and tech-savvy Program Operations Manager to join our team and help us flawlessly deliver our innovative Independent Medical Education (IME) programs. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, loves managing exciting projects, and wants to make a real impact on global healthcare.
What the role involves:
You will be the operational backbone of our global IME programs, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from planning through to reporting. By doing doing, you'll be helping thousands of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professional get access to cutting edge education. Responsibilities include:
Project and event management:Set up and coordinate global education programs in project management software, maintaining meticulous timelines and trackers.
Faculty research & coordination:Identify and research potential speakers, manage outreach, and schedule them to participate.
Event setup:Configure live and on-demand events on our internal platforms, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day.
Accreditation management:Collect and submit required documentation (speaker disclosures, CVs, slides, agreements, activity details) to accrediting bodies.
Content & assessment support:Coordinate faculty materials, collect assessment questions, and input learning activities into our software.
Data collection & reporting:Track participation, collate results, and contribute to detailed program reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Process improvement:Use AI and digital tools to streamline operations, identify efficiencies, and improve program delivery.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (scientific, finance, account management) to ensure flawless program execution.
Your experience and qualifications:
Experience comes in all forms. If you are experienced in event or project management this role is ideal for you. If you aren't but the details below sound like you, we'd love to hear from you!
? A highly organised professional with proven experience managing projects or events — ideally in CME/IME program management (but not essential if you’re organised and detail-oriented).
? Comfortable using project management software and productivity tools.
? Confident coordinating multiple moving parts and keeping complex projects on track.
? Familiar with (or excited to learn about) accreditation processes in medical education.
? Tech-savvy, with openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency.
? An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
? Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
