The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on exposure to financial markets, investor engagement, and deal flow from day one.
You will work closely with senior brokers, supporting business development and playing a key role in generating new investor relationships.
This role combines sales, communication, and digital outreach, with a strong focus on LinkedIn-based lead generation and diary management.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting outreach via LinkedIn to engage prospective investors
* Generating conversations and qualifying interest
* Booking meetings and managing multiple broker diaries
* Supporting senior brokers with pipeline development
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking interactions
* Assisting with outbound campaigns and follow-ups
* Learning how private market investments are structured and presented

Compensation
Base Salary: £25,000
Commission: Performance-based incentives linked to qualified opportunities generated
OTE: £35,000–£45,000 in Year 1
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
