Benefits: Company vehicle or car allowance provided 23 days + Bank holidays Key Responsibilities: * Contract Management: Oversee reactive repairs and void maintenance contracts across social housing properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. * Performance & Delivery: Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs. * Team Leadership: Manage and support supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors, driving productivity and high performance. * Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction. * Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures across all sites. * Budget Control: Manage contract budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability through effective financial control. * Void & Reactive Works Oversight: Coordinate void turnarounds and reactive maintenance works, ensuring properties are returned to lettable standard efficiently. * Reporting: Produce regular reports on performance, progress, and financials for senior management and clients.
