Position Description
As Head Teacher, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team, promoting professional growth and high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience in a senior leadership role.

Experience working with young people with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour.
*
Strong leadership and people management skills.
*
A strategic mindset to balance educational vision with operational demands.
*
Excellent relationship:building skills.
*
Further qualifications in educational leadership or special educational needs are desirable.
