Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Facilities Compliance Technician to join our team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will:
* Manage the process & support of onsite contractor activities
* Provide administrative support to the Facilities Coordinator and team
* Maintain accurate and organized facility-related documentation, records, and reports
* Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and managing contractor relationships
* Help manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility operations
* Support health and safety compliance initiatives and maintain documentation related to safety inspections
* Respond to inquiries related to facility operations and assist with problem-solving
* Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance facility management practices
* Perform other duties as required by the Facilities Coordinator
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a facilities management or operational environment
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
