Role Description;
This is a full-time position for a Business Sales Executive in a hybrid working environment, based in Manchester with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Sales Executive will focus on driving sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling account management tasks, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to align with company objectives. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns proactively.
Qualifications;
* Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
* Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build lasting client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to analyze market trends and propose innovative sales strategies
* Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic hybrid environment
* Previous sales or business development experience, preferably in a B2B environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Salary;
* Commission- based role
* OTE: £2K - £6K+ per month, depending on performance
* Uncapped commissiom (highest earners exceed this)
