QSHE Manager - Hybrid WorkingWe have an opportunity for an experienced QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental) Manager to join a national provider of electro-Mechanical equipment and devices. The purpose of the position will be to manage all aspects of Business Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems and business support services including Facilities.Our client has a proud 30+ year history of developing and manufacturing a range of products and in more recent years has fully embraced the use of modern electronic and electrical control systems to ensure their products meet the safety and reliability standard levels required to be regarded as a lead supplier of choice in their field.Duties: Oversee and maintain Company regulatory compliance in relation to QSHE.Provide and/or facilitate delivery of training in relation to all QSHE activities.Coordinate change control activities.Provide expertise and experience to the business in developing and refining the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems to meet the developing business requirements.Assume the role as a member of the business Senior Management TeamQualityImprove and promote the business quality system cultureManage and maintain all aspects of ISO9001:2015 accreditationMaintenance of internal ISO9001 auditing schedule and processManagement of Concern Action (8D) processOversee quality aspects of supply chain management processParticipate in the design, development, and improvement of new and existing productsLead and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement Health, Safety, and EnvironmentImprove and promote the health and safety cultureEnsure H&S and Environmental Management systems complies with developing legislationIdentification of the requirement for Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of WorkNear Miss and Accident recording and investigationFuture accreditations/approvals (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)Delivery of H&S induction and toolbox-style trainingProvide experience to the business on all Health, Safety, and Environmental-related mattersEnsure the business environmental arrangements maintain compliance with regulatory requirementsLead and take ownership of the business health surveillance program in conjunction with HRRequirements:Experience managing the QSHE function in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.Conversant with the process of attaining and maintaining accreditations to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001Experienced QMS/H&S auditorThis is a great opportunity to join a fast growing SME organisation and be a key member of their Senior Management Team.For more information please contact Pete.Hampshire@wegtechrec.com
