Job Title: Change and Communications Manager
Job Location: Sunbury (Hybrid 60/40)

Role Overview:
The Change Management and Communications Lead is instrumental by developing and implementing change strategies that promote business continuity, engage stakeholders, and facilitate cultural integration. This role ensures that employees and partners are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. The Lead provides strategic oversight of change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and communications planning, ensuring alignment with the project objectives. Pre and post deal completion
What you will do:
* Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to programme phases
* Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
* Align change plans with transformation goals, and project objectives
* Create and manage talking points, FAQs, quick reference guides, and training materials.
* Facilitate workshops, townhalls, and feedback loops to ensure two-way communication and cultural alignment ahead of planned
* Monitor and respond to any end user support required to complete actions prior to deal completion
* Support transition/separation management office requests.
What you will have:
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Psychology, or related field
* Experience in change management or communications roles supporting transition programmes · Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, cultural integration, and communications planning.
* Change management expertise across transformation programmes
* Communications – strong stakeholder engagement skills. Experience aligning organisational cultures
* Skilled in tracking and change adoption
