Position Details
Role: Quality compliance/Care Coordinator (Domiciliary Care)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week, with on-call and weekend work as needed

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and develop quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations
* Embed equalities practice into service delivery and operational procedures
* Develop and implement quality monitoring tools with stakeholders
* Conduct regular monitoring visits and reviews
* Participate in audits and appraisals
* Collaborate with safeguarding teams and CQC colleagues
* Manage and coordinate home care services
* Maintain records, produce reports, and handle complaints
* Create staffing rotas and ensure operational compliance
* Support out-of-office duties, including emergency care and on-call responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Experience in domiciliary care and quality assurance
* Leadership and communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and flexibility
* Willingness to undergo background checks and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance
