Kitchen & Appliance Installer Permanent Role (Taunton)

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
Are you an experienced kitchen fitter or appliance installer? We are working with our well-established client to hire skilled professionals to join the Taunton team, working on brand-new residential developments.
This is a permanent position offering stability, growth, and the chance to showcase your expertise in delivering kitchens and appliances that exceed customer expectations.
You will start on a basic salary of up to £32,000 while you are training in a team; this can last up to 3 months, but can end sooner depending on your experience. As soon as our client feels you are ready, you will then be on commission and will mainly be working independently instead of with a team.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 06:00-15:00/16:00 (depending on travel)

What You'll Do
* Fit kitchen worktops, sinks, and appliances in new-build homes
* Work from technical drawings and site specifications
* Liaise with site managers and other trades to deliver on schedule
* Keep your workspace safe and tidy
* Collect appliances from site depot and travel to customer sites in a company van
What You'll Need
* Proven experience as a kitchen fitter / appliance installer (essential)
* Strong attention to detail
* Carpentry / Joinery skills are advantageous
* Ability to read technical drawings
* CSCS card (essential)
* Gas Safe ID (not a dealbreaker if you don't)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Reliable, professional, and punctual attitude
* Be able to lift kitchen appliances
