Position Details
Location: Westfield School, Sheffield
Contract: Casual, Zero Hours
Your Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, you’ll work closely with the Leisure Facilities Manager to deliver an efficient and effective sport and leisure service for all users. Your daily tasks will include:
* Ensuring compliance with all policies, codes of practice, and government legislation regarding hygiene, health and safety, first aid, and customer interactions.
* Organizing duty shift rosters and staffing levels to meet service requirements.
* Checking the quality of equipment to ensure it meets health & safety standards and customer expectations.
* Opening and closing the facility according to your designated shift pattern.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You possess Lifeguard RLSS accredited training.
* You have current pool plant training.
* You bring experience from a similar role and thrive in a team environment.
