What you’ll be doing?
Thetrue foundation for those that wish to make a career in hospitality. Werecognise that with such a varied mix of departments, it’s difficult to knowwhich way to move forward in your career and therefore this apprenticeshipenables you to experience different departments in order to help closely matchyour own personal skills and qualities against a role most suitable for you.
Thisapprenticeship will provide the opportunity for you to work with us on afull-time basis and to ‘earn while you learn’, setting you up with the verybest skills, qualifications and experience to begin your career in the have partnered with HITTraining to create a Level 2 Hospitality programme where instead of college dayrelease, you will have a HIT trainer come out to the hotel to carry out trainingand assessments with you.
Youwill join us in initially mastering food & beverage duties and as yourtraining continues, so will your experience, allowing you to move around departments,covering various areas such as reception and housekeeping duties, all whilstbeing supported by your dedicated HIT trainer.

Youwill be a great communicator as well as a good listener and be capable ofbuilding great relationships with colleagues.
Itgoes without saying that a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential, along witha good sense of humour, team spirit, as well as a real and evident passion for theindustry.
What to expect?
You’ll work in a busyand hardworking team environment, where we’ll expect you to be hungry to learnmore. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, across 5 days(inclusive of training days). Our hotels are busiest on Fri-Sunday, and so youshould be prepared to work regular weekends.
