We are working with a major, well-invested fresh produce business to appoint a Commercial Manager who can operate at pace and deliver across a complex, fast-moving retail environment.

The opportunity

You will:
5. Manage and develop retail-facing accounts
6. Drive sales growth, margin and category performance
7. Lead and support NPD and commercial initiatives
8. Work cross-functionally with operations, technical and supply teams
9. Build strong, credible relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders
Who this is for

10. Has experience working with UK retailers within fresh produce / FMCG
11. Can operate confidently in a fast-paced, perishable environment
12. Is commercially sharp with a strong understanding of margin, pricing and negotiation
