The role:
* You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
* To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-cantered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
* Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
* Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
* Shadow the Nurse manager and Cover for the Nurse Manager when needed
* Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
* You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
* 6+ months of Nurse experience
* A Valid NMC Pin
