Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager (Property / Lettings)

We’re working with a well-established, high-end property business in Virginia Water who are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to take ownership of their finance function.
This is a hands-on role with real variety — ideal for someone who enjoys being across both client accounts and office accounts, and wants to play a key role in a growing, busy environment.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations across the business, including:
* Managing rent receipts, landlord payments, and client accounts
* Full bank reconciliations and deposit tracking
* Overseeing creditors, invoicing, and commission processing
* Producing monthly reports, P&L, and cashflow
* Managing payroll, VAT returns, and HMRC submissions
* Supporting year-end and external accountants
* Maintaining accurate records across systems including Xero and Veco
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in a similar accounts / finance manager role
* Ideally from a property, lettings, or client money environment
* Confident managing end-to-end finance processes
* Comfortable working in a standalone or small team setup
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
