Itineris is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead on SEO-first digital marketing strategies, while also integrating cross-channel paid media and performance marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine deep SEO knowledge with a strong understanding of how paid and organic channels work together to drive results.
You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, managing relationships, delivering strategic roadmaps, and confidently leading client-facing meetings and calls.
Responsibilities
* Lead SEO strategy and implementation, aligning organic performance with broader digital goals.
* Develop integrated cross-channel strategies combining SEO, paid search, and paid social.
* Conduct keyword and audience research to inform both organic and paid media activity.
* Oversee technical SEO audits and recommendations to improve performance across client sites.
* Build and present clear, data-driven performance reports (SEO and paid).
* Advise clients on content marketing, CRO, and campaign planning for acquisition and growth.
* Manage workflows and ensure consistent delivery across client projects.
* Lead and manage client accounts, confidently presenting strategies and building trusted relationships.
* Support business development with insights, proposals, and new strategy opportunities.
Requirements
* 3+ years' agency experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid channels.
* Proven experience in leading client accounts and presenting strategies.
* Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of cross-channel attribution.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Paid Social platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHRefs/SEMRush.
* Demonstrable experience in building and executing integrated marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with confidence in client-facing situations.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
