Technical Support Administrator (Clinical Engineering)
Join us as a Technical Support Administrator in Clinical Engineering at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of medical device management across the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the administrative function within the Clinical Engineering Department, providing administrative support at all times.
* Assist with updating and maintaining Clinical Engineering records relating to Medical Devices and Medical Device Management.
* Support the wider technical team and liaise with clinical teams and suppliers.
* Manage inventory and service records and help maintain accurate documentation for medical equipment.
* Act as the first point of contact for device-related queries.
* Support compliance with the department Quality Management System.
Qualifications
Essential
* Education: BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Use of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage and report information.
Desirable
* Customer Services Course.
* Advance IT Skills & use of specialist software.
