Senior Compliance Associate
Insurance | London (Hybrid)
Up to £58,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re working with a multi-award-winning compliance consultancy that supports FCA-regulated firms across insurance, consumer credit and mortgages. Due to continued growth, they’re hiring a Senior Compliance Associate.
This role is ideal for someone with strong insurance regulatory experience who wants more client exposure, project ownership, and variety.
The Role
You’ll support a range of insurance firms with regulatory and compliance advisory work, including:
* Drafting and supporting FCA authorisation applications and Variations of Permission
* Acting as a key contact for client regulatory queries
* Assisting with (and progressing to leading) compliance audits and onsite visits
* Reviewing Financial Promotions and supporting regulatory change initiatives
* Monitoring and interpreting FCA updates
What You’ll Need
* Recent insurance compliance experience (essential)
* Confident communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients
* Strong written skills and attention to detail
