This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT who has a strong command of the German language and a genuine passion for helping students develop their linguistic skills. About the Role: As a German Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages, supporting students in developing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. You will work collaboratively with the Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department to ensure high-quality teaching and positive outcomes for all learners. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality German lessons across KS3 and KS4. Student Engagement: Inspire students through dynamic teaching methods, fostering enthusiasm for German language and culture. Assessment & Feedback: Monitor progress, assess understanding, and provide constructive feedback. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes participation and progress. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to support the development of the Languages department. To succeed as a German Teacher, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in German, MFL, or a related subject. Experience teaching German at KS3 and KS4 level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language education. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. A commitment to student achievement and well-being.
