Who Are We Looking For?
We're on the lookout for a talented and reliable Chef to join our friendly Food & Beverage team. You'll be preparing delicious dishes in our newly refurbished, state-of-the-art kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality, cleanliness, and consistency in every plate.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
* Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
* Support kitchen prep work and stock organisation
* Communicate with front-of-house staff to deliver smooth service
* Take pride in appearance, cleanliness, and teamwork
Essential
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as a chef or similar role
* Confidence in following recipes and delivering consistent dishes
* Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above)
* Good under pressure with a strong work ethic
* Team player with a positive attitude
